The poster promotes the brewery's Bock Beer. Featured is a large goat with a tall mug of beer. The goat is, of course, a traditional symbol of Bock Beer. In very small lettering at lower right is the name of the lithographer: "Copyright 1899 Courier Lith. Co. Buffalo N.Y."
